如果说GTD练习册是“课后练习题”的话，那么这本书配套的8CD音频资料就是“课堂讲义”。但是这本书以及这本书配套的音频资料现在已经不太好买的到了。
我在网络上找到了这本书配套的音频资料，并且已经提供下载。
